How do I record my own record?

You should realize that recording your own CD or demo is both within reach and within budget with us!

The days of exorbitant demos made in mysterious ways we couldn’t understand have passed! Today virtually all amateur bands record albums to say nothing of professional bands. Even little children record cds “for mom”…

When you leave our studio you’ll have your master CD in hand ready to hand to the printers – CDs can be reproduced for as little as 1.60PLN per CD now!

So let’s start!

First chose from the studio’s pricelist. If you are a corporate customer and would like to record a jingle chose “advertisements”.

If you want to record music whether cd or demo, regardless of what kind of music you want to record chose “recording price”.

Next decide what you would like to record and in which studio:

Recording in the studio-

If you decide to record at TR Studios you can chose one of three studios: Studio A (the largest and most expensive), studio B or studio C (which is significantly cheaper).

Studio A is a large concert studio with 3 fortepianos and fantastic acoustics for recording great live concert sounds – this is the same studio we used to record the Multi-platinum (Polish Platinum) album “Myslovitz”, Siemion with the band Proletariat and hundreds of others including Zbigniew Preisner, Zbigniew Konieczny, Beata Rybotycka, Jerzy Maksymiuk, as well as many famous orchestras and choirs).

Studio B – our “rock studio” which is ideal for smaller groups which includes all types of rock bands and up to 16 adults or 30 children.

Studio C – our newest studio – is similar to studio B but is in Warsaw itself..

All studios work on a per hour cost basis. Please note that there is a significant discount when you reserve more than 7 hours per day – it is much more cost effective.

Recording on location

If you’d prefer that we come to your stadium, chapel or other location. please chose “recording live on location”. (This option is worth choosing when living a significant distance from Warsaw or Cracow. The cost of our transport (from 50zl/100kim) are comparable to the cost of hiring a bus for an entire choir to come to our studio. Customers who reserve more than one day (8 hours) also receive significant discounts. We have a long history with live, on location recording and in the most amazing places including: Wawel (the ancient castle of Polish kings), the field where the Pope visited in Stary Sacz (where we recorded the largest recording in Polish history – 1000 musicians simultaneously At the request of the Vatican), Congress Hall (Warsaw), the beach in Sopot, clubs, many various chapels, and even a military installation. We always record successfully and have satisfied customers. We have the best microphones available in Poland and world class recording equipment. To serve that equipment we have kilometers of cables.

Mastering and remastering

We have years of experience in mastering and remastering as well. We have done over 700 such projects for probably the majority of Polish stars and many international ones. We even did a remaster for… we won’t say who because no one will believe us but maybe you’ve heard of a certain four piece rock band from Liverpool?...

Remastering is mainly about turning so-so elements into great ones. That we combine with our equipment which is the best and most expensive equipment. Give us your recordings from a badly or unremarkably equipped studio (often engineered badly or by amateurs) and we are able to effectively save or at least significantly improve it. We use the highest class hardware which isn’t even available in smaller studios and of course with the help of top of the line computer programs. The end results are staggering. We can prepare small samples for free if you don’t believe us…

Remember as well that recordings even from the best studio Has to be master before taking it for painting. Our studio is one of only a handful in Poland with the ability to provide his sernice.
